R K Engineering And Galvanizers Private Limited
R.K. Engineering & Galvanizers offers hot deep galvanizing as traditional corrosion protection for steel and metal components. The entire process is done by the skilled professionals of the organization.
We have galvanizing process in high / normal temperature.
Three steps comprise surface preparation for galvanizing: Dirt, paint marks, grease, and oil are examples of organic pollutants that can be removed from the metal surface using a hot alkali solution, mild acidic bath, or biological cleaning bath.
The metal is submerged in a flux solution after being cleaned. Any leftover oxides are eliminated by fluxing, which also stops new oxides from forming during the galvanizing process. It facilitates zinc's adhesion to the metal surface as well.
After the metal has been cleaned and fluxed, it is submerged in a bath of molten zinc, which is normally kept at 450°C (850°F). A metallurgical link may be formed between the zinc and the metal thanks to this molten zinc bath.
The metal is gradually removed from the zinc bath after submersion to enable any excess zinc to drain out. This procedure guarantees a consistent zinc coating.
In certain circumstances, the galvanized metal is quenched in water or another cooling media to cool it down fast. The final galvanized surface's appearance may be affected by this stage.
The object that has been galvanized is examined for deficiencies or places where the zinc coating could not have bonded correctly. We can deal with these problems if needed.
